These terms apply when you use the Best Paper Help website, our free resources, or our academic support, IELTS preparation, admissions feedback and website creation services ("services"). By asking us to carry out work, you agree to them.

1. Our services

Our academic services support work that you write. Depending on the service you choose, we help you plan proposals, assignments and theses, give feedback on your drafts, correct spelling, grammar and punctuation, comment on clarity and structure, and check referencing against the style you need. We also offer IELTS preparation (study plans, writing feedback and speaking practice), feedback on university application documents, and portfolio and project website creation. What is included, the turnaround and the price are confirmed in your quote before any work starts.

2. Academic integrity

• We do not write, rewrite or complete assignments, essays, dissertations or exams for students to submit as their own, and we do not add our own arguments, research or content.
• We do not sit exams, classes or IELTS tests on anyone's behalf.
• We do not invent, alter or supply sources for you to cite.
• You remain the author of your work and are responsible for deciding which suggestions to accept.
• Universities set their own rules on proofreading and third-party support. It is your responsibility to check and follow your university's and module's policies, including any limits on what a proofreader may do.
• We may decline or stop work that we believe would breach academic integrity.

3. Quotes and payment

Prices depend on the service, word count and deadline, and are agreed in writing (for example by direct message or email) before work begins. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due before we return the reviewed work.

4. Turnaround

We aim to return work by the agreed date. If we cannot meet it, we will tell you as soon as possible and you may cancel for a refund of any payment for work not yet started.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel before we start work for a full refund. Once work has started, we may charge for the work already done. If you are unhappy with the work, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and we will review the issue with you.

6. No guarantee of results

We cannot guarantee any particular mark, grade or outcome, which depend on your work and your university's marking.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your documents confidential and use them only to provide the service. See our privacy policy for how long we keep them.

8. Free resources

Our checklists, videos and posts are general study guidance. Always check your module handbook and your university's own guidance, which take priority.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a piece of work is limited to the amount you paid for that work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
